Getting Your Tickets – What You Need to Know to Ace It!
So you’ve found the event for you, you’re ready to party, you want to buy tickets online – and you’re pretty much ready to scream ‘Get me in!’ before you’re thwarted by sold out tickets.
Our quick and easy step-by-step guide to buying tickets will help you ace it!
Before the tickets go on sale, you need to register for a Party Goer account. You can do that here: https://www.party-ace.com/users/sign_up
Once you’ve successfully registered, go to the ‘Account’ section and fill in ‘Update Your Personal Details’. Double check that your email and phone number are correct! You’ll also need to check your inbox at the email address you used to register, because we’ll send you a link to confirm your account.
Browse around the site! We’ve got fantastic events across the globe. Or if you have a specific event in mind, head over to that event’s page and click ‘Buy Tickets’. Just be aware – your tickets aren’t reserved until you’ve checked out. Each event page will show you what type of event tickets are available, and what the ticket price is.
You’ll need your payment details – so make sure they’re to hand.
Once you’ve clicked on ‘Buy Tickets’, you’ll be shown an Order Summary Page. Here you need to check that you’ve got the right tickets, and the right quantity. If you need to make any changes – hit the back button on your browser and make your adjustments.
The tickets in your basket are reserved for you for 12 minutes, which will give you plenty of time to make sure you’ve got exactly what you need!
After checking that you’ve got the right amount of tickets for the right date, time – then you can check that the names listed on your ticket’s are right! If you want, you can enter individual names, and have the tickets emailed to you – or to you and your guests individually!
Time to check out! If you’re not paying via PayPal, then you need to make sure that your billing address matches the address registered to the card you’re using – if the addresses don’t match, the payment won’t go through!
Once your payment’s been processed, we’ll send you an email with your Order Confirmation details – this email also contains your E-Ticket as an attachment, so make sure you add our address to your Safe Senders list to stop it from ending up in the Spam folder by mistake.
Usually we send the Order Confirmation emails out very quickly – but if the site is experiencing heavy traffic, it may take a few hours – so don’t panic if you don’t get it right away!
If for some reason you’re unable to find your confirmation email, you can access it through your Party Ace account by logging in online or downloading our free Party Ace App!
